Guidelines for Consignment
1. Otra Vez Couture Consignment is a 60 day resale boutique that specializes in women's upscale designer clothes. Otra Vez receives 60% of the final net selling price excluding taxes.
2. You may bring your clothes for consignment at any time. No appointment is necessary.
3. Payments to consignors are made monthly on the 15th for items sold in the prior month.
4. We accept women's designer clothes, handbags, belts, hats, scarves, purses, wallets, shoes and jewelry. Handbags need to be authentic....5. It is the responsibility of the consignor to pick up items at the end of the 60 day period. Items become the property of Otra Vez at the end of the consignment period if not picked up. Please call 24 hours in advance so we can pull your items.
6. Please make sure that each item has all buttons in tact, zippers working, no stains, no smoke odors, no snags and/or holes. We also ask you to please bring everything dry cleaned, pressed and on hangers. Do not remove designer name labels, size tags and 'care' tags if you can avoid it. By removing these labels you depreciate the resale price of the garments and accessories.
7. Designer shoes/boots need to be cleaned inside and out; soles and heels in good shape and/or never worn. Please include boxes of the designer shoes/boots if possible.
8. Articles will be placed on sale during their appropriate selling period or may be extended at the sole discretion of Otra Vez.
Spring and Summer consignment is accepted February thru July.
Fall and Winter consignment is accepted September thru December.
9. Otra Vez promises to merchandise, sell and care for all consignments. However, all consignments are left at the owner's risk. Otra Vez and/or its staff are not be responsible or financially liable for stolen items. This is stated in the written consignment agreement signed by all consignors.
