About Us

I am the sole owner of Otra Vez now but Kathy Hoermann (of Painted Pony Clothing right around the corner) helped me get started with the store the first year. Thank you, Kathy! (Gotta check out her great clothing at her "outlet" store after you visit us!) Originally from Los Angeles, I spent many years as a fashion illustrator for department store advertising. Dillards brought me to Texas in the early 90's to work in their advertising department but...a few years later...they changed over to computers and photography. I decided I loved SA too much to leave. Eventually Otra Vez came into being and I couldn't be happier about the change in life. I LOVE my new job!

This store allows me to:

1. Make high quality apparel available for you to purchase at great prices.
2. Help you make some cash from the apparel you no longer wear.
3. Give you customer service you can’t get at a larger store (such as keeping a “wish list” box where we can contact you when your “wishes” come into the store).
4. Recycle and reuse (a “good” thing)!
5. Donate unsold clothes to good causes such as “Dress for Success” and the “Battered Women’s Shelter”.
